Today we are going to learn how to identify landforms in Spanish and tell where they are located. Click on the “My Natural World Vocabulary” Power Point to learn your key vocabulary. Then, complete one or more of the following assignments using your landforms and directions vocabulary. Each worksheet below counts as a different assignment. Remember you need a total of 5 assignments by May 22nd. Please send your assignments to [email protected].

- Landforms Vocabulary – Write the English translation to the vocabulary on the line. Draw a picture representing the vocabulary in the box.
- La brújula (p. 77) – Label in Spanish the points of the compass and the right/left arrows.
- Direction Puzzle (p. 79) – Complete the crossword puzzle by filling in the Spanish direction words.
- Práctica 1: La naturaleza - Match the Spanish words wih the English words by writing the letter of the English word in the blank on the front page. Draw the landforms in the correct places on the island based on the Spanish descriptions on the backside.
- Create Your Own Island – Create your own island, label the landforms in Spanish, and tell where they are in Spanish on your island. See the "Create your own island directions" and "Mi isla" template below.
